These family tree pieces have been designed for you to build your family tree in any creative way you like. They are made with white clay and glazed shiny white on the front; the back remains unglazed. The platform on the bottom of the adults is there to help you hang the next generation from it, and is also an excellent place to write names.
If you’d prefer a more colourful display instead of plain white, then paint them with poster paint and seal with clear gloss. If you do write names on the pieces, they will need to be sealed with a clear gloss to make them permanent.
